No. Each person is permitted to hold only one 966pk account. This rule applies across mobile numbers, email addresses, payment accounts, devices, and IP addresses. If duplicate accounts are identified, both will be closed and any balances in the duplicate may be forfeited. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately with no exceptions. Changes to your registered mobile number or name may require identity verification. Raast transfers and bank transfers generally arrive within the same working day, though during peak times or banking hours they may occasionally take a little longer. If a deposit has not appeared in your account within two hours, check your payment app to confirm the transaction was successful, then contact support with your transaction reference number.

Yes, minimum deposit amounts apply and vary by payment method. The current minimum for each method is displayed in the Cashier section when you select that option. Amounts are in PKR. There are no deposit fees charged by 966pk — any transaction fees are applied by your bank or payment provider if applicable.

Yes. Deposit limits are available in your account settings under the Responsible Gaming section. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly limits in PKR. Reductions take effect immediately. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest, usually processed within a few hours of approval. Raast transfers generally arrive on the same working day. Bank transfers take one to three working days depending on your bank and when the request was submitted. Withdrawal requests submitted outside working hours or on public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Common reasons for a delayed withdrawal include: identity verification not yet completed, an active bonus with remaining wagering requirements attached to your balance, a mismatch between your account name and your payment account name, or the request being submitted outside processing hours. Check the status in your Cashier section. If it has been longer than the typical processing time with no update, contact support through the help section and provide your withdrawal reference number.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you need to submit a clear photo or scan of your CNIC (both sides). The name on your CNIC must match the name on your 966pk account and your registered payment method. Verification is typically completed within one working day. Once verified, you do not need to repeat this step for future withdrawals — unless your account details change significantly.

For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus winnings become withdrawable. No. Claiming a bonus is always optional. If you prefer to deposit and play with your own real money without any wagering conditions attached, simply do not opt in to a bonus offer at the time of deposit. Playing without a bonus means your winnings are immediately withdrawable without any additional requirements. The choice is entirely yours and there is no pressure to claim any offer.

In-play betting lets you place bets on a match or event while it is already in progress. Odds update in real time as the game develops — during a Cricket T20, for example, the odds on each team winning and various in-match markets shift ball by ball. To place a live bet, go to the Sports section, find a match marked as "Live", select your market and stake, and confirm. Live bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to account for odds movement.

If a cricket match, football game, or other event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed before the minimum required play for settlement has taken place, bets on that event are typically voided and the stakes returned to your account balance. Settlement times for affected matches are handled as quickly as possible after the official result is confirmed.
