1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 966pk website or any associated mobile interface, creating a member account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any casino or gaming title, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and 966pk. If you are accessing 966pk on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 966pk employee.

966pk takes age verification seriously. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identification to confirm your age and identity before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one 966pk account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether in the same name, using different contact details, or on behalf of another person — is a breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information.
• Keep your account details current and update them promptly if anything changes.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your username or password with any other person.
• Notify 966pk immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

966pk will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your login details or failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 966pk may deduct a small administrative fee from the balance of inactive accounts in accordance with the current inactive account policy, a summary of which will be made available to members on request.

4 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on 966pk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The full list of current payment options is displayed in your account cashier.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name and verified under your 966pk account. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account belonging to another person — are not accepted and will be returned to the source account where possible.

966pk does not charge any fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. All withdrawals are processed in PKR. 966pk does not charge any fees on withdrawals.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete identity verification by providing a clear copy of your CNIC. The name on your payment account must match the name on your verified 966pk account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: typically within a few hours on working days.
• Raast: typically same day.
• Bank transfer: 1–3 working days.
• Debit/credit cards: 3–5 working days.

966pk may place a withdrawal on hold for additional verification in cases where the amount is unusually large, where there has been a pattern of unusual account activity, or where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity. We will contact you if this occurs and aim to resolve such reviews as quickly as possible.

If you have an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements, your withdrawal request may be held until those requirements are satisfied or the bonus is forfeited. The status of any active bonus is visible in your account cashier at all times.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

966pk offers various bonuses and promotional credits to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

General bonus rules applicable to all promotions:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement (e.g., 30x the bonus amount) before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, Live Casino, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Each promotion will specify the contribution rates.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• 966pk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel a bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of promotion terms.
• If a member attempts to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

7 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 966pk are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, which are accessible in the betting section of the platform. The following general rules apply to all bets:

• Bets are confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is generated and displayed in your account. Pending or incomplete bets are not valid.
• Odds are as displayed at the time of bet confirmation. 966pk is not liable for errors in odds due to technical issues, but reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• 966pk reserves the right to limit, refuse, or reverse any bet at its discretion, particularly where there is suspicion of match fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other form of betting manipulation.

8 Casino & Gaming Rules

Return to player (RTP) percentages are set by the game providers and are available in the individual game information panels.

966pk accepts no liability for any technical malfunction, disconnection, or interruption that occurs during a game session. If a game round is interrupted and cannot be determined as complete, the affected round may be voided. Bets on incomplete rounds will be returned to your account balance.

Winnings generated from free spins, free chips, or other promotional game credits are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the associated promotion. 10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 966pk and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating or using multiple accounts, or acting as a proxy for another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in place of genuine human activity.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to generate gains that would not occur under normal play conditions.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds with no genuine intent to use the platform for entertainment.
• Attempting to place bets or use payment methods belonging to a third party.
• Abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour directed at 966pk staff or other members through any channel.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 966pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

966pk does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. 966pk will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

966pk's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the twelve months preceding the claim, or PKR 50,000, whichever is the lesser.

12 Privacy & Data

966pk collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal information collected during registration and verification — including your name, contact details, and CNIC information — is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and communication about your account. It is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
